• You can deposit and withdraw funds using your Debit or Credit Card and withdraw winnings back to the same card. Only one card can be used at any time. We do not charge you for using Credit Cards however some card issuers have rules regarding use with gaming companies, please check with them for more information.

Maestro (Switch) Card Users

• MasterCard, who manage Maestro (Switch) cards, have introduced a security code to be used for all online internet transactions so as to further enhance customer security. When you use your UK Maestro card to deposit funds in to your betdirect account youwill be asked by your bank to provide a security code. Providing that your bank is participating in this scheme, in future when you wish to deposit funds into your betdirect account you will automatically be connected to your card issuer.
• This will enable you to confirm the transaction by using a secure code that is known only to you and your card issuer. Your card issuer should have provided you with details of how to register for Mastercard Secure Code. However, if you have not yet registered you can do so when you make your next deposit into your betdirect account or alternatively you can visit your own bank’s website to register your new code.

Credit & Debit Card Renewals

• If you are issued with a new card with the same number you can update your start and expiry dates and issue number online via the ‘My Account’ section next time you deposit or withdraw funds
• In order to change your card you must withdraw any remaining balance and not have any outstanding bets. These procedures are in place to prevent fraud and money laundering and protect all our customers. MasterCard Users

• Please note that Mastercard has changed its rules for making withdrawals from Internet Betting Accounts. Holders of UK Issued Mastercards will still be able to enter withdrawal details but this will credit their card account in around 3 working days.

Our preferred method of repayment is by bank transfer to a nominated bank account of your choice. • Any customers who do not wish to obtain refunds direct to their bank can request a cheque or banker's draft (for non-UK refunds) to be mailed to the account holder's registered. However, customers are advised that opting for this method could cause a delay in the processing of their refund due to the additional administration involved. NETeller

• You can transfer funds instantly into your betdirect account using your Neteller account.

  Once you have selected Neteller as your payment method:-

• Enter your Neteller ID
• Then your Neteller SID
• The amount you wish to transfer
• Then your betdirect password

Moneybookers

You can use your Moneybookers account to transfer funds to your betdirect account instantly.

• Enter your Moneybookers e-mail.
• Then the amount you wish to transfer.
• Then your betdirect password.

You will then be re-directed to the Moneybookers website and asked to input your Moneybookers password.

Your registered e-mail address with betdirect must be the same as your Moneybookers e-mail address.

Deposit and Withdrawal Limits
